Microsoft environment setup

We configure your Microsoft 365 tenant: creating each user, assigning the appropriate Exchange Online licenses, setting up shared mailboxes and distribution lists. Your environment is ready before the migration begins.

Complete data migration

We migrate all your mailboxes: emails, contacts, calendars, tasks. Whether you are coming from Exchange on-premises, Gmail, Lotus Notes, OVH or any other provider, every item is transferred and verified. Zero data loss is our commitment.

DNS and email security configuration

We configure your DNS records to point to Exchange Online: DKIM (email signing), DMARC (authentication policy), SPF (sender verification), AutoDiscover (automatic email client configuration). Your emails are delivered correctly and protected against spoofing.

Post-migration configuration

Once the migration is complete, we verify each mailbox: full synchronization, intact folders, active sorting rules, updated signatures. We configure Outlook clients on every workstation and mobile device. Nothing is left to chance.

    Detailed migration plan

    You receive a complete plan: inventory of mailboxes to migrate, migration schedule (in batches or all at once), planned DNS configuration, test checklist. The schedule is adapted to your constraints — weekend migration, by department, during off-peak hours.

    Migration and cutover

    We set up the environment, launch the data migration, and switch the DNS. Your teams continue to receive and send emails throughout the entire process. Critical steps are scheduled during off-peak hours to minimise any residual risk.

    Verification, training and support

    We verify each mailbox point by point. We train your teams on Outlook. We activate MFA. And we remain available for post-migration support. Your email system is operational, secure, and mastered by your teams.
