Audit of the current installation

Analysis of your existing telephony infrastructure (PBX, SIP lines, numbers, call flows, volumes). We identify technical constraints and size the right solution before touching anything.

Number portability

We manage the transfer of your existing numbers to the Dstny operator. Your clients call the same numbers as before. No downtime, no number loss, no visible change for your contacts.

Direct Routing or Operator Connect configuration

We configure the solution best suited to your environment — Direct Routing for custom architectures, Operator Connect for native and simplified integration. Dstny is the Microsoft-certified partner operator providing PSTN connectivity.

Softphone and IP phone deployment

Installation and configuration of Teams applications on workstations, mobile devices and physical IP phones if required. Every user can make calls from their computer, smartphone or desk phone.

User and administrator training

Practical training for end users (making a call, transferring, voicemail, meeting with inbound call) and Teams administrators (number management, call policies, queue supervision).

Post-migration support

Dedicated support after go-live. We remain available to adjust configurations, resolve incidents and answer user questions during the adoption period.

How does it work?

    Telephony audit

    We analyse your existing installation, your numbers, call flows and constraints. We produce a summary report with the recommended solution and migration schedule.

    Configuration

    We configure the Teams Phone environment: call routing, policies, queues, voicemail, Dstny integration (Direct Routing or Operator Connect). Everything is tested before the cutover.

  3. 03

    Migration

    Progressive or simultaneous cutover depending on the size of your organisation. Number portability is coordinated with Dstny. Your phone lines are never cut during the migration.

  4. 04

    Training

    Training sessions for users and administrators. Dedicated support during the adoption period to ensure fast and smooth onboarding.
